Her face looks a bit overexposed (on that one side; right for us).
Eyes could be slightly sharper.

The background looks a bit distracting.

Nice girl and pose otherwise.

I agree with Moser. Try to get it without the overexposure and a bit sharper and it will be a great portrait.

Overexposed... you know the drill.
You do have excellent tonality throughout the image, it really is a shame about the face.

edit:
One thing you could have done, you've shot in 2.8 and a shutter speed of 1/80, if you dropped the shutter speed a stop or two, you could have solved the problem.

Pretty nice portrait. Personality shines through.

A bit overexposed on the face and background.

Face could be sharper.

Background is a bit distracting.

Worth going back and doing a reshoot. :)
