Don't like the hair that goes into the face.
Like the eyes too!

Crop feels a bit too tight at the bottom.
I think the figure could have more contrast.
Could possibly be sharper.

I have removed the hair from the face, now likes me also better.
I feel the white corner personally as pleasant, without it the picture would too strongly focus just on the eyes and also becomes a dark mood- but anyway you gave me some nice ideas to work a bit more with my picture.
